Privacy Policy

Kingswood Florist respects your privacy and will not sell/distribute your submitted details. Order details including credit card information is transmitted over 128bit encryption.
This site respects privacy of Internet Users and does not collect personally identifying information without the Internet User's permission.
This site does not sell or rent personally identifying information. This site does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone that is not authorized to do so. This site uses anonymous user data to create and report the browsing, purchasing and/or lead form completion activities of anonymous users. 
This site reserves the right to release information on Internet Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those we are compelled to disclose to. 
This site does not intentionally send unsolicited e-mail messages that could legitimately be construed as spam.

Website Policy

At Kingswood Florist we try to have a fresh, quality variety of flowers, all the time. 
Please be aware that all our pictures are a guide to what your arrangement will look like. Colours or types of flowers may vary depending on the seasonal material available, however rest assured that the style of the arrangement/bouquet will be exactly the same. i.e. if the arrangement you pick is just lillies, it will indeed JUST be lillies. If you specifically want certain colours, please inform us in the "comments" section while ordering. This will prevent any miscommunication or disappointment.

Delivery Policy

We deliver nationally and internationally.  Flat fee of $15 applies to all national deliveries, delivery fees for international are higher and you will be notified of this fee when placing an order.
FREE Delivery is available to Nepean Hospital but delivery times cannot be specified. If a time is specified the delivery fee will apply.

Exhange/Refund Policy 

At Kingswood Florist we sell fresh, perishable items and we will guarantee that the flowers you send are the freshest we have and we will exchange within 3 days if you are not happy. Any orders cancelled prior to the delivery date will incur a $10.00 Administration Fee if the Credit Card has been processed, and we unfortunately do not give refunds. All enquiries/complaints regarding your order and/or cost are valid for a maximum of 21 days after the delivery date of your order.  

Peak Trading Policy
On our peak trading days (i.e. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) orders placed up to 24 hours prior to the day will be guaranteed on the floral content. Any orders placed on the day itself may incur the 'open order substitution', which means that we will try and meet the requirements of the order, but as stocks are limited on days like these, your order may be substituted for other flowers, but will be filled to the value spent. It is important to order early to receive this guarantee, and although we will do our best to meet every order specification, stocks WILL be limited. Any order that will have substitutions will be notified of the changes.

Delivery times on peak trading days will only be taken as a guide, and will not be guaranteed due to the volume of orders we receive. We will always do our best to meet the time specified, however if your order must be delivered by a specific time on peak trading days, then we can arrange this for a surcharge. Any orders placed for a business or office will be guaranteed by 2pm
